Three plans combine business creation and registered office services in Dakar. Five other centres are announced for registered office services only, subject to availability and contractual validation.
All our processes can be handled remotely, whatever plan you choose.
Prices update according to your legal form and capital. Above 5,000,000 FCFA in capital, business creation is quoted separately. Creation + registered office packages are available in Dakar only : incorporating a company requires a notary, and we do not yet work with a notary outside Dakar. Registered office services alone in the other five centres remain subject to availability and contractual validation.

Share capital is not included in these prices. It belongs to your company: it is deposited when the company is incorporated and then becomes available again for business activity. The 29,500 FCFA incl. VAT file opening fee is due only once, on the first subscription.

Your registered office by centre
Dakar is the documented centre for the current offer. Five other centres are announced; their availability and contractual validation remain to be confirmed.
The package, which includes company creation, is offered only with a registered office in Dakar. In the other five cities, registered office services alone may be offered after availability and contractual validation are confirmed.
What you should know before choosing
Can I choose a package with a registered office outside Dakar?
No. Company creation requires a notary, and we do not yet work with a notary outside Dakar. Packages are therefore limited to a registered office in Dakar. In our other five cities, registered office services alone may be offered after availability and contractual validation are confirmed.
What exactly does the 10% discount apply to?
It applies only to company-creation fees. Business domiciliation and case-opening fees are charged at the regular rate, without a discount.
Can I create my company without choosing business domiciliation?
Yes. Business creation alone remains available at the standard rate, without a discount: 250,000 FCFA for a company with capital up to 500,000 FCFA, and 340,000 FCFA from 500,001 to 5,000,000 FCFA.
Can I subscribe from abroad?
Yes, with any of the three plans: all our processes can be handled remotely. The Diaspora Package is distinguished by its 12-month domiciliation period, not by restricted access.
Is the case-opening fee due at every renewal?
No. The 29,500 FCFA incl. VAT is due only once, when you first subscribe to the registered office service.
Can payment be made in installments?
The company-creation portion is paid in two installments, as with company creation alone. We provide the installment details before you begin.
