Creation + registered office packages are available in Dakar only : la création de société n’est pas encore proposée hors de Dakar. Business domiciliation on its own remains available in our six centres. Above 5 000 000 FCFA of share capital, company formation is quoted separately.

The share capital is not included in our prices. It belongs to your company: it is deposited at incorporation, then becomes available again for the company’s business. The 25 000 FCFA excl. VAT file-opening fee is due only once, at the first subscription.
A single journey
Your registered office and your company formation in a single journey.
Choice of package → domiciliation contract and payment → registered office activated while the formation is prepared in parallel → pre-filled file → partners, capital and documents → registration.
